We are one of the largest rice distribution companies in the world, with a presence in the major growing regions and marketplaces. We deliver close to 2 million metric tons of rice to our customers around the world each year.

Our success comes from our deep-rooted distribution presence coupled with our selectively integrated operations across the rice value chain. This presence gives us an exceptional insight into global demand & supply trends and intelligence.

We are able to provide our customers with practical market guidance, not only allowing us to forge long-term partnerships but also deliver the best quality products and create some of the most-loved and reputed rice brands globally.

Our Pan African brands - Happy Family (Feliz Familia), are well known and well-established market leaders, with 1 million metric tons distributed to our customers each year.

We are very actively engaged with our smallholder farmers and rural communities who grow our crops, working with them to develop, produce and market sustainably grown rice.

Although rice is the most widely consumed staple food, its cultivation is highly water intensive and is the largest consumer of water in the agriculture sector. We are looking to develop and deploy improvements to the growing process to reduce water usage and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

We are constantly endeavouring to educate and promote sustainable rice farming practices amongst our growers so that together we all contribute towards making our planet a healthier and happier place to live.

We are a leading member of the Sustainable Rice Platform & the Global Agribusiness Alliance.

Currently we are working with rice farmers around the globe, providing innovative access to technologies and training - enabling them to achieve low-emission, sustainable and responsibly produced crops.

We seek to enable more sustainable farming operations, focusing on water stewardship, responsible use of farming input and soil management.

We strive to ultimately achieve greater yields with reduced environmental impact and to deliver healthy quality produce to our end consumers.
